The Vieux Sec is a dry mead. After fermentation has ended, it matures in French oak barrels for 24 months.
It has a complex and intense aroma.
The mead tastes different from its much sweeter counterparts.
Here the wooden barrel, the sea air and the apples give the taste of this very dry mead its uniqueness.
