Mead from Amarandel

The yeast is a living and therefore working not always the same. Since the fermentation of us will not be stopped by sulfur, but we let the mead time until he is ready, the alcohol content can vary. He is always 12 to 13.5% vol.
This mead is unfiltered, as it is does without any chemical additives, and on's filters. Therefore, it may come with time deposits at the bottom of the bottle, which do not mean loss of quality! On the contrary, valuable flavors remain and the mead tastes very much full-bodied.

We have experienced that after a nice evening with our mead the head the next morning is not hurting. You must of course make your own experience.
