For those who like it not so sweet this Mead is just right.
the mead is as usual full in taste but with significantly less residual sweetness.
It is delivered in a 0.75 l glass bottle with natural corks.
This honey wine is made by hand from finest blossom honey without chemical additives.
It is not filtrated
Valuable flavors are retained and the mead tastes much more full-bodied.
Since the fermentation is not stopped by sulfur as usual with other providers, the alcohol content varies between 12% vol. and 13.5% vol.
