By repeatedly adding honey, we were able to further increase the alcohol level. After the fermentation was finally over, the high-percentage mead was sweetened again with fruity honey. The result is this with alc. 14.5% vol. Very strong honey wine which, despite its high alcohol content, still has a very pleasant residual sweetness.
